Masood Fariad

Masood Fariad is the founder and principal of Fariad Law Professional Corporation. He completed his legal education with a Master of Laws degree at the University of Toronto, after serving in the fields of technology and education. He is well travelled, speaks multiple languages, and has a great understanding of the communities and diversity in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Prior to commencing his professional career as a Barrister and Solicitor, Masood completed his articles of clerkship with a keen interest and focus on civil litigation and personal injury matters. He has handled various types of matters including litigation involving breach of contract, construction liens, personal injury, and real estate transactions.
Masood has appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and various Tribunals. He is committed to helping his clients reach the best possible outcome through the most cost-effective path available. He also believes in the principle of access to justice for all and is interested in helping the community in the areas of social development, diversity, and integration.
